This is my first oil painting I've done on a canvas that I made myself. I much prefer oils to acrylics, even if my brushes are virtually destroyed now! I don't really like the look of the painting overall, I think it's a bit dark, but as it's my first go with oils I'm not too worried, I was sort of treating it as a test run.
